Posted on Dec 30, 2008 under wreaths | No Comment

This is the second of two videos from the Wreaths Across America event which took place at Kings Highway Cemetery in Milford, Connecticut on December 13, 2008. It was the first time that Milford was among the many sites all around the country conducting simultaneous ceremonies as part of Wreaths Across America, a campaign to place wreaths at the graves of fallen military veterans.

This second (and final) video features the following parts of the ceremony:

* Mayor Richetelli introduces Bill Donahue, local Disabled American Veterans commander;
* Wreaths placed by respective veterans of military service branches (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Merchant Marines) and in honor of POWs and MIAs (prisoners of war; missing in action);
* Exit of Colors with bagpipe playing;
* Closing prayer, Chaplain Jim Merrill
* Photograph of each of the seven wreaths after the ceremony
