Wreaths Across America 2008: Milford, CT (Video 1 of 2)

This is the first of two videos from the Wreaths Across America event which took place at Kings Highway Cemetery in Milford, Connecticut on December 13, 2008. It was the first time that Milford was among the many sites all around the country conducting simultaneous ceremonies as part of Wreaths Across America, a campaign to place wreaths at the graves of fallen military veterans.

This first video features the following parts of the ceremony:

* Presentation of Colors (American flag, Milford city flag) with bagpipe playing;
* Opening prayer, Jim Merrill, local American Legion post chaplain;
* Brief welcome by LuJan Fenton, regent for local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution;
* Remarks by the Honorable Mayor James L. Richetelli, Jr. (R)
