Wedding is an occasion which demands everything unique. Wedding decoration is one of the most fascinating and interesting part of the wedding.
Whether marriage is traditional or contemporary, a decoration is a vital part of the grand occasion.
Since a lot of guests are making their way for the wedding party, the entire show must be presentable.
Wedding decorations are of many types. Friends can help you in deciding which decoration can best suit.
Few things must be considered before deciding any type of decoration. You might have allocated budget for everything concerned with marriage. Budget set on decoration my also depend on the area which has to be covered for decorations.
If you are arranging the party in your home, then you can save lots of bucks. But paying for the decorations for the banquet hall or restaurant can be quite expensive.
You can hire a good decorator for the party. First thing you can do is to collect a catalogue of decorators. You can check online some of their best works. You can briefly have a chat with some of the people who have taken the benefit of their services.
Before finalizing things, check the proficiency of the person whom you have rendered responsibility from some of his previous clients.
Floral decorations have always been in great demand. The flowers can be put on the walls, ceilings or at the prominent places. Decorating vases with colored flowers can also add to the beauty. Fragrance and sight of the flowers are considered good for every occasion. Frozen rose petals accompanied with silk flowers have fewer chances to be crushed. They can be used more easily than bubbles during the bridal exist from the church. You can also decorate a high ceiling venue with an extra ordinary spirit by a few well planned balloon arrangements. Decorations give a romantic touch to the entire celebration. All in all, a wedding decor should be such that it mesmerizes everyone’s senses
Make a brief survey and check the suitability regarding prices. If your budget is limited, then just go for simple decorations. But if you can spend lavishly, then the sky is the limit.
Lights are good for the night parties. For the open garden parties, vibrant lights set the party moods. If you are having a dance ball in your party, then different shades of light can be added.
Putting elegant furniture on the venue of the party gives a royal look to the entire show. Candles can be put on individual table or you can simply go for the flower arrangements to be put on every table.
Apart from these, you can put on the hanging bells with ribbons. You can put in your best imagination for the decorations. Don’t go for too much material that not only looks messy but also hamper the movement of the people around.
For the buffet meals, round tables can be put at different places so that your guests may not face inconvenience while taking food. It will also help the children and old in the crowd to have a seat and enjoy the dishes.
One more thing you can do is to put in your best imaginations and work on it. Simply, tell your decorator your requirements, your planning and ready to see the results. So go ahead and start the wedding decoration plans.

Wedding Decorations?
I'm planning on getting married later on this year, and I'm working with a tight budget. Does anyone have any referrals for beautiful wedding decorations at a low cost?

remember there are 2 spaces to decorate, the church and the reception place. In order to keep it simple, you can decorate the church with big candles on the altar and have nice flower arrangements also on the altar and on the 4 rows closest to the altar, you decide.
Then the reception, this is where it gets complicated, you have to choose table cloth (colors and fabrics): choose something simple and comun colors. For the center pieces
have nice little bouquets with cute little flowers. Remember as long as u keep it simple, u have nothing to worry.

Ikea is another great place to go for inexpensive table arrangements. Especially during their clearance times.

I think this site is great – It gives a lot of ideas that you can do on your own with silk flowers and candles elegantly. They rent out the decor as well – if it is close to where your wedding will be. http://www.decoratemywedding.com/

Just make your own, flower, balloons, what more could you want? Small plants or vases for center piece maybe

I'm on a tight budget as well and these are a few things I've looked into:
-String twinkly lights and paper latterns about, if you're having an outside affair.
-purchase vases from Ikea and fill with floating candles, or single stemmed flowers (one in each tall vase)
-scatter rose petals around the tables.
-make your own place settings/favors. Target has a bunch of diy wedding craftsy things. A great place for ideas, too.
-if you are having the ceremony and reception at two different places, transfer the flowers from the ceremony to the reception for re-using.
-use pillar candles/candle sticks with surrounding flowers.
Hope these helped, good luck!

I spent very little for decorations because the outdoor location was so beautiful. If where you get married has natural beauty you don't need to add too much to make it your own. All I had were some rose petals lining the aisle and had the florist put small bouquets of flowers in vases on the tables. There were about 15 tables and the small bouquets were very colorful against the white table cloths (which were provided by the venue). I bought cheap votive candles from Michael's and had 4 on each table. All in all I spent $300 on the decorations. I spent more then that on flowers total because I had my bridal bouquet and the 5 bridesmaids plus boutonnieres and corsages and the cake was decorated with fresh flowers. My total flower bill was $1200. It was money well spent because if I had to do all the decorating and arranging myself it wouldn't have been as nice and been very stressful. Forget about having favors nobody will even notice they aren't there and you can use that money towards flowers.

Oriental trading has LOTS of cheap stuff for plenty of decorations and lots of themes. Michaels also has cheaper ideas with a little better quality. As for flowers maybe a friends garden? Walmart of couse. and EBAY, EBAY, EBAY! I swear by that site! (make sure you check feedback)

I bought some "hurricane lamps" (just a big vase that holds a big candle) in various sizes at walmart, they were on clearance with the christmas stuff, filled them with potpuorie, also christmas clearance and stuck some fake flowers and pussy willow in them and they look real nice.
