Pull on it slightly as you are wrapping, it will release some of the stickiness. It’s not truly stick, more just a tackiness that keeps it together.

i love this idea! i brought a bouquet of fake flowers and cut the heads off,used the stems and the leaves for my baby sock bouquet. then i used the heads to the flowers to make the pens! your ideas are so cute and really cheap to make!

Not at all. The florist tape is not sticking at all, just a little ‘tacky’. Plus, the mom will want to wash those socks anyway, and will wash off any sort of tackiness left behind
