Lemongrass Paste (lemon grass, lime leaves, galangal, garlic, turmeric powder, rhizome, & dried red chilis)
Fermented Fish
Chicken (you can also use pork spareribs)
Tamarind Base
Fish Sauce
Sugar
Salt
Water
Pineapple
Bamboo shoot tips
Bell Peppers
Basil leaves

You will enjoy this dish very much if you like somlor curry b/c you can also eat it with rice noodles or bread as well…not just rice. Fermented fish can be bought from your local Asian grocery store. I like the silver barb brand b/c it’s not too stinky or bones.

I heard about Machu ktiss b4 but never seen n also never know how to make it once, now after seeing your video i think m gonna try to make it somedays. but i dont have the fermented fish, do they sell it in the regular Asain store or we need to get it from cambodia?

i really appreciate these videos from all asian people who gives and teach from the kindness of the heart. glad i found this because my wife is cambodian and im laos, now i can cook her some khmer food..lol eh keep up the good work and the music is beautiful. one of my favorite american artist”karen white” and the khmer version sounds exact.
