which combination of nailart should I use?

My son has been sick and yesterday was his b-day (5 years old!), he’s growing up so fast! But he has asthma and when he is sick, i can’t do my nails, cos the alyric liquid smells really strong. So for now I’ve made 3 combinations of nailart. I love the first combination with the dried flowers, but I love to do the fruit slices too! Can you help me decide? Which one do you like the most? Thanks for helping! xox

definatly the dried flowers, it will look so cute.
hope ur son feels better soon too hun, i know how u feel, my son suffers from asthma and its horrible watching them suffer
