*Kevin’s POV*
My greeting upon surprising Leah and coming home for a few hours? Being bombarded with ideas for the wedding. Of course, we’ve talked about a few things here and there, but apparently Leah and my mom have come up with some ideas that I have yet to hear about. “We still have to finish the guest list, figure out all the decorations and the floral arrangements, where the reception is going to be held… we have so much to do. ” Leah said, rubbing her temples. “Sweetie, relax. We’ll have everything ready. We’ve still got plenty of time to work everything out.” I said. “Kevin, you’ve got about four months.” My mom informed me. “It takes quite some time to plan a wedding. And it’s going to be very hard with the schedule we’ve got for this fall.” “I know mom, I know.” So the next hour was spent sorting out all the details and going over the guest list. When we were finally done, Leah and I decided to go for a swim. We walked outside and I put our towels down on a chair. “This is a great way to spend the time I’ve got with you.” I said, somewhat sarcastically. Leah laughed and grabbed my hand. “The water is probably really cold.” She said. “Yeah, but it’s really hot out.” I said, a smile forming on my face as I walked over to the edge of the pool. Leah tried to let go of my hand but I held it tighter. “Kevin, don’t, c’mon…” She said. “I’ll get in eventu-AH!” I jumped into the pool with her before she could finish her sentence. When we surfaced a few seconds later, she splashed water in my face. “Hey! That wasn’t nice!” I said matter-of-factly. “Neither was dragging me into the pool like that!” Leah said, but I could see the smile playing in her eyes. I kissed her before she could say anything else. Her arms automatically wrapped around my neck. I pulled away from her and dived back under. I came back up about ten feet away from where I was before. Leah was still standing there with her arms crossed, shaking her head. I laughed at her and swam back to where she was standing. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her again. Her arms wound themselves back around my neck as she continued to kiss me. I pulled away from her and moved my lips down to her neck. “Kevin, we’re outside…” Leah said warningly. “I know.” I said simply. “Kevin, there could be paparazzi anywhere.” She said. “So?” I mubmled into her neck. She laughed, causing her throat to vibrate . “We could go inside if you want…” I said, still kissing her neck. She pulled away from me without hesitation and hopped out of the pool. I stood there in confusion for a second. “Are you coming?” Leah asked. I looked up at her to see that she had an almost seductive smirk on her face. I laughed and followed her out of the pool, grabbing the towels on my way inside. I threw one at her as we stepped into the kitchen. We dried ourselves off a little and Leah put her towel down on a stool. I wrapped mine around myself as she walked over to me.
